Yes! With LED lights, however, you should know that as of March, 2008 most C9 Retrofit bulbs do not work well with LOR. (C9 Retrofits are the LED bulbs that screw into a standard C9 socket.) There are those would even say that simply having them connected to the power outlet during a brown-out will cause them issues. If you are going to use a C9 retrofit, be sure to do testing before you spend large amounts of money on the bulbs. You should have no issue with Flood lights and Rope lights. (Unless they are the LED variety, then you are encouraged to do testing.)
